Are there any age restrictions on guests?
No. We welcome people of all ages to our properties. If you abide by our Policies & Rules then you are welcome to our properties.
Are there any age restrictions on RVs?
No. However, we do require all rigs to be presentable and in keeping with the atmosphere we maintain at all our parks — so we always reserve the right to ask that dilapidated or poorly maintained units be moved. See our Policies & Rules page for more details.
Are your properties pet friendly?
Yes, but there are rules disallowing any aggressive animals. See our Policies & Rules page for full details.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes, discounts are available for multiple units, business contracts and for annual pre-payments.

Do you prorate your monthly lot fees?
The lot fee is prorated for a guest’s for first month. We do not prorate for early move outs; however, we will honor our short-term rates as an alternative if it saves money for an early departing guest – and you can move to any of our other parks at any time for not additional cost, pending site availability.
Is there a maximum length of stay?
No. Make yourself at home!
Is there a minimum length of stay?
No. However, our rates are designed for people enjoying a long-term RV lifestyle — so you will get the best value by staying at least one week, as we do not offer daily rates. In addition, in order to qualify for some of our rate plans, you may need to agree to a minimum stay. See our Rates & Payment Methods page for more details.
What all is included in your rates?
Our rates include site fees, electricity, water and sewer utilities. Please note that in order to maximize value to our guests, some rate plans include a monthly allocation electricity usage and additional charges may be incurred for any overages at the end of your stay. What is the guest application form — and why is it needed?
Everyone that visits one of our properties is requires to complete a short guest application form. The information requested on this form allows us keep in touch during your stay, as well as helping to ensure the quality experience all of our guests deserve. Once you have completed the form, we will be in touch within 48 hours to confirm your stay. When are my fees due?
Guests on a weekly basis must pay in full upon arrival. Guests staying on a monthly basis must pay for their first month (prorated) in advance, along with the appropriate security deposit for their rate plan, upon arrival. Subsequent payments are due on the 1st of each subsequent month. A daily late fee of $5.00 will be charged on and after the 4th of the month if payment is not received.
Why do you charge a fee for processing the guest application?
We want to make sure that all of our guests have a great experience, so we use an enhanced screening process to help ensure there. In order to complete this screening and keep our costs low, we ask that each new guest pay a $15 processing fee to directly offset our costs. The form and processing fee are only required once, on your first stay with us.
